Sheena is a curious seeker at heart. Unbiased to life's classroom, she finds teachings and teachers in all things and is continuously dancing between 'following the leader' and 'leading the follower.' She has studied music and yoga for a decade and is a reiki practitioner, writer, painter and a heck of a good cook! In my most recent training with Giatri Yoga, I asked to be cracked open, I asked to see into my blind spots. What I share is the light I witnessed from my warrior teachers.
